由於完成學業要離開美國了，現在住的地方想找人接 7/28起可入住，限女性。以下是我貼在學生會的房屋資訊： I'm seeking someone taking my lease from 7/28. Here are details about the apartment: Address: 1900 S. Eads St., Arlington, VA 22202 (Crystal House I) Floor plan: two bedrooms + two bathrooms Space to be leased: A HUGE living room with beds, TV, L-shaped table, sofa, lights, book shelves, walk-in closet, and large balcony with good view. Rent: currently $613/month Utilities & internet: share with other two female roommates Preference: Female student or young female professional There are two beds in the living room - one queen-sized and one single-sized. The large space is also convenient for hosting friends. Overall environment is quite and beautiful. Crystal City Metro Station is within 3 minutes walk.
