[問題] 清酒怎麼溫比較好?
話說之前把買了好一陣子的長宗我部(司牡丹)開來喝
原本都是從冰箱拿出來冷飲或者最多室溫這樣
但這陣子實在冷到ㄎㄅ,於是我就想到了把酒倒出來後拿去電鍋蒸一下
不蒸則已,等到我發現回去打開電鍋時候,整個米飯味四溢,還被誤認為在煮飯...
隨後杯子裡面的酒就開始滾泡泡了,口感就是很單純的米酒這樣~ 囧>
後來改用保溫的方式溫久一點,才比較有溫醇的感覺,可是也很明顯的讓香氣跑掉好多
而且電鍋保溫都要開很久,才能讓酒溫上升也很不方便
請問有在喝清酒的大家,平常有甚麼可以溫酒的方法或是小訣竅可以建議的~ = =?
