[閒聊] 店家自製巧克力產品所用的巧克力品牌
先前在咖啡板文章中連結看到類似這樣的話語
"一間咖啡店應該告知其豆子來源並感到自豪"
小弟住台中,也會跑跑咖啡店,大部分均會告知所用的豆子品牌/來源
(自烘/品牌/其他店代烘)
市面上巧克力產品(蛋糕/生巧克力等)很多
但大多數店家似乎都喜歡搞神秘, "比利時苦甜巧克力"這樣的字眼沒有多大幫助
少數店家會告知所用品牌,也遇過直接拿業務用鈕扣包裝給小弟參考的店
雖然最終成品品質決定於配方,但巧克力品牌也可做為參考用吧
大家的看法呢?
