[發問] 這就是俗稱的 檸檬水減肥法???
小弟最近做完一次12天左右的循環
因周遭水水做完後都皮膚變白精神煥發我才跟進的
爬文發現有個檸檬水減肥法似乎不太好
是否就是這個??
我的體內排毒法:

只要10天 能有一定成效...
菜單配方如下
Master Cleanse Lemonade diet:
每天早上一睡醒先灌500~1000c.c.鹽水 (海鹽尤佳 鹹度稍稍就好自己估)
過1小時在吃以下配方
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoons(30ml) (檸檬原汁2湯匙=30c.c.)
Maple syrup(grade B) 2 Tablespoons(30ml)(楓糖漿(COSTCO 有賣KIRKLAND 牌)
2湯匙=30c.c.)
Medium hot water 300ml(溫開水300c.c.)
Cayenne pepper 1/10 teaspoon(辣椒粉1/10茶匙)
以上為一次份量 大約300c.c.左右 一天上限是4000c.c.
不過我很少喝超過2000c.c.
每份和每份中間可喝無止盡的白開水...
湯匙茶匙差很大 可以去賣場買上面都有註明:湯匙是TBSP茶匙是TSP
Laxative tea before go to bed
睡前要喝纖體美人茶 我是去大潤發買"三多牌 纖體美人茶"
Salt water right after get up. Wait for an hour to have the first drink.
Remember to clean tongue everyday.
After diet:
1st day- 2nd day morning: 8 oz of fresh orange juice as desired (can add
extra water)
2nd day afternoon and evening: vegetable soup, NO bread or crackers
3rd day: morning- orange juice
noon: soup
evening: vegetables, salad, fruit(NO bread, pastries, tea, coffee or
milk)
4th day: Normal diet, prefer lemonade or fruit juice in the morning
復食第一天: 只能喝柳橙汁
二 清淡菜湯
三 能吃清淡不油膩好消化之食物
四 逐漸正常飲食
