之前註冊了一些code沒有拿到分數就大膽的email去問以下是ＩＨＧ回應 Dear Mr. Chen, We appreciate your time bringing this matter to our attention. Please be advised taht for the Book Direct promotion, to earn the bonus, the member must book a qualifying rate through direct booking and stay during the promotion period. A direct booking is a booking made through an IHG channel i.e. any IHG website or Central Reservation Office (CRO). Points will be posted within 6 weeks after the end of the promotion and this promotion will end on 31 Oct 2013. However, after further review, we have verfied that you were not eligible to receive bonus points for the Platinum Bonus Offer as this offer is only being offered for the Gold Elite members. We have verfied that you were already Platinum Elite member at the time of registration. Also, please be advised that the Weekend Stay Bonus is only for the member residing in United States.
