因為過去兩年都集中在其他的連鎖飯店，忘了萬豪的點數有24個月靜止過期的限制。想說死馬當活馬醫，透過官網的support寫信去詢問是不是可以救回來。官網丟問題回信的速度還蠻快的，2個小時收到回信。客服提供一個 CEC Points Reinstatement Challenge 的挑戰大致的條件如下: 1. 只有過去18個月內過期的點數可以救 2. 要透過電話註冊活動(回信不行) 3. 90天內有一個有效住房(點房排除)，入住完成後3-5天會幫忙復活點數 4. 註冊後的入住才有效打台灣的客服電話去說明要挑戰後，客服就幫忙受理了掛電話前還順便問我，現在有雙倍房晚的活動要不要一起開啟 => 當然好跟我一樣糊塗忘記了的人可以試試看囉。完整條文如下: This promotion is for existing Members of Marriott Bonvoy® whose Points have expired within the last 18 months.
