Cheapest way
DC: Boston -> Chinatown Bus -> NYC -> Chinatown Bus -> DC
Long Island: Boston -> Chinatown Bus -> LIRR -> Long Island
Fastest way
DC: Boston -> Flight -> One of DC's airports (Check Baltimore's too)
LI: Boston -> Flight -> Islip (One of Long Island's airports)
