找尋從七月份開始租的室友,希望妳租到明年五月底或之後的人
目前室友為 一對夫妻(Both博士班)，and 另外一名男生 26 就讀語言學校中,平常不太在
家各忙各的
1. 獨立房間 共用浴室、廚房
2. 每月房租$390, deposti $150
3. 住址在 Allston/Brighton Ave, 靠近地鐵站 (B line Packard’s Corner)、巴士
站、超市 ( super 88走路5 分鐘)，BU、BC (搭地鐵10分鐘),剛好在 Commonwealth Ave,
Harvad Ave 中間 所以地理位置很佳
4. 男、女居住皆可 (You must be a mature and decent person)
網路 (wire or wireless), GAS, Electricity Total ~ $50
Heat, Hot warter Free from landlord
5. 目前找7月開始的室友(原則上 以租到明年五月或之後的人優先)
6. 房間不大，但是一個人使用絕對綽綽有餘 室友很好相處 房間乾淨、舒適
周圍環境單純、安靜 . 如非回台灣工作 我也不想出讓
