你好,我是BU法學院今年的新生,目前有意尋找一位室友分租公寓,租期自今年9/1到明年8/31號;公寓資料如下,有需要照片者請站內回信我會再寄給你;由於房間一大一小,分攤租金可以再談;由於本身是唸法律的,不用擔心跟agent有租約問題,這點可放心有興趣者煩請站內回信 ^^! 1(.Location: Brookline(babcock street)is a superior residential area,with high living quality and safety. It takes 5 mins to get BU's Law School by bike. 3 mins (4 stops) by Boston minicipal subway. 2(.Apartment details : There are 2 bedrooms ( one large one medium;the large one can accommodate 2 people) , 1 living room , 1 bathroom and 1 large kitchen. Tenants need to share all the facilities. Air conditioned and equipped with internet and cable. On the 4th floor with a nice view toward the street. Parking lot is available with extra payment. The laundry is in the basement and costs $1.75 each time. Malls and supermarkets (Shaw and Super 88) are easily accessible nearby. 3(.Rental: $ 1,800 per month, including the fee for the water. The average cost for electricity per month is from $40 (summer) to $70 ( winter). Internet and cable fees would be $30 each every month.
