我同事要搬離波城了，她的房子在六月會 renew lease，
所以她要 sublet 她的房間從 2/1~5/31。
她住在 Brookline, Coolidge corner 附近，環境安全而且便利，
她的房子的品質也很不錯。
很適合要到 LMA 工作/念書的人喔！

1 Bedroom available in a very large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.
Available Feb 1st with renewal of lease in June.
Convenient location Coolidge Corner location: close to restaurants, stores,
Trader Joe's, C green line, and Longwood Medical Area
Your share of the rent is $650 a month including heat and hot water.
Additional utilities are about $25 a month.
Room has a porch and 3 windows so plenty of natural light and is in the back
of the apartment so very quiet.
The apartment includes an eat-in kitchen, a large pantry, a large sunny
living room, foyer, 2 full bathrooms, plenty of closets and a spare bedroom.
Management/maintenance is on site.
Current roommates are three professional females ranging from mid twenties to
early thirties.
Looking for respectful and tidy roommate, willing to maintain the drama-free
and friendly environment. No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
