I'm a professional male looking for a roommate to share a East
Cambridge apartment.
The available bedroom is the bigger one in a 2-bedroom hardwood-floor
apartment. The room is sunny and breezy and has two windows and one
big closet. Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Plenty of
storage space available in the basement. The apartment has few pieces
of furniture in the living room, but the bedroom is not furnished.
It is in a great location -- 5 minute walk to Lechmere Station, 10
minute walk to Kendall Station and around the corner from the #69 Bus
(Harvard/Lechmere). The apartment is in a residential neighborhood,
but both Shaws and the Cambridgeside Galleria are in walking distance.
There is no parking space but plenty of street parking available.
The rent is $1050 per month plus utilities, Internet, and in-house
laundry. The move in date is available from August 1. I would like
someone who will commit to stay till at least February (or longer).
The roommate is a very nice, friendly, neat, laid back mature working
male. I am looking for someone responsible, neat, friendly and
mature. Male preferred, non-smokers only, and no pets. Please email
