Slightly pungent in the aroma, mid-toned, with distinct, rich cherry, blueberry and semi-sweet chocolate notes. The cherry and dark chocolate notes carry with resonance and power into the cup and persist in the long, resonantly complex finish. A slight hint of sweet, chocolaty ferment complicates rather than detracts. 活動細節如下： [參賽組部分] 比賽時間: 2005/7/30 (週六) 晚上 6:30 開始地點: 雪可屋公館店北市溫州街86號 (台大新生南路側門對面) 比賽方式: 請參賽者自行準備咖啡豆(限本款比賽指定用豆,烘焙度不限) 及沖煮器材(不限)，於指定時間內沖煮完畢 :) 報名方式: 欲參賽者請至 8K Cafe' 北市南京東路三段216巷3-1號領取比賽指定用豆及填寫報名表報名期限: 7/17 - 7/23 報名費: 酌收材料費每磅生豆 180 元 (如有特殊需求,比如商用烘焙機烘焙量較大,最多可拿到5磅.)
