2009古坑咖啡節一次可以煮出101杯香濃的古坑咖啡,以下為當時店家煮出的數據
一次可放1萬2000cc的水,同時放入2.5磅的台灣咖啡
光煮開水就得花13分鐘,煮咖啡的時間也長達8分鐘~
煮出來味道濃度自己想像~
至於手沖1cups(120ml)假設10g粉~
那一次100cups(1萬2000cc)倒底要放多少粉~可以泡得出來嗎!?
為了證明是否存在手沖累積效應~剛剛去做一個不知幾人份手沖濾杯~
