[單品] 濾紙手沖溫度的變化
假如用濾紙手沖一杯300ml的咖啡
從剛開始將細口壺水倒出來時水溫90度
悶蒸後再繼續沖完大約要近3分鐘的時間
往往溫度已經掉了5-6度
勤勞一點的
在悶蒸的那半分鐘稍微再給水壺加熱一下維持溫度
不過衝到最後還是會掉個4-5度
不曉得各位會在意這種溫度的下降嗎
會中途在濾紙有點滿時偶而加熱一下
還是其實這個溫度下降的區間是容許值
是手沖一好咖啡杯的其中一個正常環節?
