[討論] 韓國的豬肉怎麼做到平價高品質
各位大大好:
我是少數愛吃豬肉的人。
在台灣,豬肉品質常常比同價位的牛肉更好。
疫情前去韓國旅遊時,發現他們的豬肉品質讓我驚訝。
只要台幣四五百元,就能吃到不錯的韓式烤肉吃到飽。
CP值真的很高,豬肉質量也非常好。
不像台灣兩餐那種薄片,韓國是厚切的豬五花。
這樣的口感層次豐富,吃起來更有滿足感。
當時我以為是像日本一樣,
因為國土大,養殖面積大,肉質自然好。
但後來看了網飛的《韓式五花肉狂想曲》,
發現韓國大部分豬肉是進口的!
這讓我更加困惑,為什麼韓國能用五百元左右的價格,
提供高品質豬肉吃到飽,而台灣卻做不到?
懇請板上大大幫忙解惑。
另外,日本燒肉店的吃到飽,出餐速度也讓我驚艷。
我去過十幾家店,即使尖峰時段,通常十分鐘內就能上菜。
日本的人力成本更高,但他們的出餐效率非常好。
相比之下,台灣燒肉店常常需要等很久。
日本店會趕客人,但因為出餐快,我覺得可以接受。
