[問題] 租屋契約有一段內容不懂
On Contract page 2/2 memtioned:
Choice of residence:
For the execution of these documents and related documents, the parties
have elected domicile as follows:
the landlord, at his domicile indicated above, and the tenant at his domicile,
before and after occupying the rented accommodation, indicated above and
throughout the rental of the rented accommodation.
這段話我看了快20遍了,始終無法理解內容的涵義@@
我理解大意推測為:
屋主在他的住所(前文提及)
租客在租屋之前與結束租約之後 也在他自己的住所(前文已提及)
且租客在租約期間,則以此租屋為住所
是這個意思嗎?
想麻煩有在法國租屋的板友解惑
