由於我不只寄了一封信給DB 所以我得到了不同人的回覆, 另一個客服說 Without proof that you owned the lost card the only possibility would be to cancel the tickets and place new bookings. 但當我再回信給他問:can the copy of my lost credit card prove I owned it? 他又回我另一封信 The conductor is in charge of the correct ticket.
