最近在StudentUniverse訂機票
在填信用卡時
Billing address似乎有誤
因此StudentUniverse寄了一封信給我
大意是我的信用卡資訊有誤

請問一下
phone number我打算填手機
那麼是直接填09XXXX.....就好
還是要寫(886)09XXXX.......
另外a valid ID of the cardholder
意思是信用卡持有人的身分證字號嗎?
