一年中不得離開超過九個月
或者連續三年每年都離開超過六個月以上
以下是IND的說明內容：
If I move to another country can I keep my residence permit?
If you move your principal place of residence outside the Netherlands
your residence permit will be revoked, even if you have a permanent
residence permit. It will in any case be assumed that you have moved
your principal place of residence outside the Netherlands, if you stay
outside the Netherlands for longer than 9 months or if you stay outside
the Netherlands for more than 6 months of the year in 3 consecutive years.
所以，只要拿到ID，放心回台灣吧！:P
