在技術移民中，有分simplified process跟regular process.
但我困惑的是為什.....
You must use the regular application process if:
you have arranged employment in Canada or
you have been lawfully admitted to Canada for a period of at least one year
and you are submitting your application to the Canadian visa office in
Buffalo or
反而不能用simplified process...
照理講，我在當地念書或工作，不是更了解當地文化，更為我開移民大門嗎?
怎麼反而該走起較耗時間的regular proces.s..
又，這是否就是新政策跟舊政策的差別改善處呢?
