[問題] 拿到綠卡跟申請公民地點不同有影響嗎?

有個朋友說...他是在San Jose入境美國，但移居到洛杉磯後沒有跟移民局報備
所以申請公民時，洛杉磯根本沒他的綠卡資料...還得從San Jose調過來
而我本身是在FL拿到綠卡，後來移居洛杉磯，但從未想到根移民局改地址
最多只有到郵局換地址
但是我寄出申請信，也收到蓋指紋通知書，也蓋完指紋一個星期
本來只是 奇上網去查查status
卻發現以下的話：
Current Status: Request for Additional Evidence Sent
On August 21, 2009, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or
information in this case N400 APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION. Please follow the
instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will
be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it
expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a
decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case
is pending, call 1-800-375-5283 to update your address.
問題是，我根本沒收到其他信，除了8/27收到蓋指紋的通知信
所以很狐疑為何8/25寄出的通知信都收到，8/21的卻沒收到?
會是我多心嗎?其實這個訊息就是說寄出蓋指紋的東西?
而跟我搬家沒關係?
可以請好心人幫忙解答嗎?謝謝~~
