[問題] 綠卡申請程序及填表問題

個人狀況: 我從08年10月開始到現在都是H1-B的身份，今年初剛跟美國公民結婚，準備自己申請綠卡看了USCIS的一些instruction跟爬文之後，目前知道自己需要file: 1. I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) 填表人為美國公民 2. I-485 (Adjustment of status) 填表人為我自己(綠卡申請人) 3. G325A (Biometric Information)*2 夫妻雙方各要填一份 4. I-864 (Affidavit of Support) 填表人為美國公民 5. I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) 體檢醫院提供以上表格全部可以一併送出對嗎？至於其他版友有提到的一些表格，我不是很確定我需不需要，麻煩幫我解答一下 1. I-756 (Application for Employment Authorization) 因為我已經是用H1-B在工作了，所以我不需要申請EAD對吧？ 2. I-131 (Application for Travel Document) 在綠卡pending或approve但還沒收到綠卡前，我還是可以用H1-B出入美國嗎？以下還有幾個有關填表的問題不是很確定，怕誤解了問題的意思，麻煩有經驗的人幫我確定一下: I-130 22. Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in: ? City, ? State 請問我因為同時file I130 & I485 所以我填 Chicago, IL對嗎？ I-485 Part2. I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because: 請問我是選 a) An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved.對嗎？雖然我還沒有immigrant visa #, 但因為我同時file I130 & I485，所以還是可以選這項? Part3.
