[問題] 當兵 & 白皮書(I-131)
我是這學期要畢業的大學生 因為想要在台灣完成學業的關係
過去拿到綠卡後的兩年都是在暑假的時候到美國快兩個月
今年8月8號要入伍 不過我還沒申請I-131
但是看到申請I-131要三、四個禮拜 這個暑假其實對我來說有點趕
想請問幾個問題
1.如果今年只能去幾天(預計10天)
然後8月初回國 明年7月初再入境 把時間控制在一年內
這樣不申請白皮書的話 綠卡會有被沒收的危險嗎
因為這樣屆時的最近兩年內 待在美國境內的時間滿短的(大概20天左右而已)
2.如果先去交申請表，再出境，等需要按指紋再入境。這樣的作法是安全的嗎?
因為看到下面這個
Departure from the United States before a decision is
made on an application for a Reentry Permit usually
does not affect the application. However, if biometric
collection is required and the applicant departs the
United States before the biometrics are collected,
the application may be denied.
