又有另一位網友找我匿名代po，內容如下: ------------------------ 原職稱: Operations Research Analyst 跟律師討論過後,為了將之前在原公司個工作經驗能納入計算, 在開始綠卡手續前先 file H1B amendment 改職稱 -> Operations Research Supervisor 11/19/2010 - H-1B amendment application filed 12/06/2010 - Starting job posting 01/12/2011 - Approval Notice Date for H1B amendment 03/15/2011 - Labor Certification application submitted (Priority Date) 05/24/2011 - RFE (基本上是審查者沒看清楚,只好補資料 for reconsideration) 06/15/2011 - Submitted the request for resonsideration 06/30/2011 - Labor Certification application certified (PERM??) 10/03/2011 - I-140 filed (Received Date) 10/30/2011 - I-131, I-485 and I-765 filed (Received Date) 11/17/2011 - Fingerprint Notice 12/01/2011 - Fingerprint Scanned 12/05/2011 - I-765 approved, EAD Card Received 12/16/2011 - I-140 Approved 01/20/2012 - I-485 Approved, Card in Production 01/27/2012 - Green Card Received :) 比預期快許多,希望大家也都能很順利!! -------------- 代po結束評論: I-140花了兩個半月 I-485花了不到三個月也算是相當快 (沒有提到是哪個中心) -- 我的旅遊部落格: http://chengyun-travel.blogspot.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 158.140.1.28
