Filed a Serivce request for I-140 2011.10.04 I-140 Approved (365 days) 2011.10.19 Attoney contacted UCSIC Nantional customer service. Filed a Serivce request for I-485 USCIS' response: Our computer systems show that your petition/application is still pending service consideration. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by mail upon review of your case. 2011.11.29 I contacted UCSIC Nantional customer service. Filed another Serivce request for I-485 USCIS' response on 2012.12.13: We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decison or other notice of action from us within 60 days of this letter, please contact customer service atthe number provided below. 2012.02.14 I contacted UCSIC Nantional customer service. Filed another Serivce request for I-485 USCIS' response: Our computer systems show that your petition/application is still pending service consideration. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by mail upon review of your case. 2012.02.13 寫信請senator 幫忙查詢I-485 的進度 2012.02.23 Senator回信說明已經與USCIS 聯繫 2012.02.27 Senator回信並附上USCIS的回應 USCIS回覆給Senate的內容如下: The I-485 in question is currently with the officer. He should receive a decision or notice of other action within　45-60 days. Fingerprints and name check are current. 2012.03.03 USCIS ordered production of my new card (1 year & 18 days) 2012.03.13 Received welcome notice 2012.03.14 Green Card received (Myself) 2012.03.16 Green Card received (My wife) 過程中沒有任何的RFE or Audit 但是我的每一個步驟還是都比TSC的平均時間來的長很多, 沒人知道為什麼,也無從得知. 不過最後還是收到卡片了. 祝福各位，也希望從此版上沒有人的EB-2綠卡比我慢。 -------------- 原文結束分析: TSC的舊件，140和485都花了超過一年值得注意的是，他的140和485是不同時file的，而且是在140未通過前file 485 我覺得這種做法有時候會造成移民局的困惑，而處理得比較慢 (未必一定如此) 我會比較建議140/485同時file，或是等140通過之後,再file 485 -- 我的旅遊部落格: http://chengyun-travel.blogspot.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 99.123.4.228
