[問題] 申請美國公民N400的Selective Service
拿綠卡快五年了，本想說這星期把公民表請表寄出去，但卡在Selective Service。
我來美讀書時年紀26歲又6個月！本想說不用N400麻煩Selective Service
但其實那是第二次來美過，25歲時來過美國觀光1個多月，因為這一個多月，
N400表格底下這個問題，本來是勾"No"，現在必須勾"Yes"了！
（我一開始想說我那一個月觀光，不算lived or resided，但看到at any time，
想說肯定要勾"Yes"了）
"Are you a male who lived in the United States at any time betwene your
18th and 26th birthdays in any status except as a lawful nonimmigrant?"
是否代表我必須到Selective Service網站，下載
”Request for Status Information Letter”，等他們回覆（可能到90天之久）
然後才能把我的N-400申請表寄出去？
