[問題] 如何催綠卡進度

大家好
我是EB2申請綠卡並在去年九月初跟我老婆一起送485，是TSC。我的綠卡拖了半年多在三月初才下來，可是我老婆的到現在還沒消沒息。律師有去關心這個案子，可是回復就很官方。
＂our system indicates that your case is currently under extended review and this has caused a delay in processing time. We do not require any actions from you at this time."
請問有什麼方法可以催綠卡進度嗎?
