[問題] 關於DS260的問題
不好意思請問一下
在Security and Background: Miscellaneous Information 1分類下
有兩個問題
Q:Do you seek to enter the United States for the purpose of performing skilled
or unskilled labor but have not yet been certified by the Secretary of Labor?
Q:Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking to perform medical
services in the United States but have not yet passed the National Board of
Medical Examiners examination or its equivalent?
因為本身剛好為醫學系學生，也不排斥將來到美國工作的機會
但不太確定這兩題的意思
是說有想要去美國工作但目前還沒有執照
或是有點負面意思指的是沒有執照而就想在美國工作?
拜託理解此兩題意思的板友解答一下，感謝
