[心得] EB2 時程分享
終於也輪到我來分享綠卡拿到的心得
拿了H1B快一年的時候才決定跟老闆說想辦綠卡
一開始運氣不太好遇到government shutdown、PERM audit
中間擔心H1B到期前拿不到綠卡聽律師的建議決定先renew H1
沒想到7月中突然收到PERM certified的通知
律師告知應該是可以在10月前拿到，但因為他已經幫我做好H1
renew的文件了，雖然還沒送件但還是收了我律師費......
總之現在綠卡到手，終於不必提心吊膽了!!

7/15/15 – PERM certified
7/31/15 - I-140 with PP/I-485/I-765/I-131 concurrent filed (NSC)
8/7/15 – I-140 approved
8/24/15 - Biometric appointment
9/11/15 – I-485 approved
9/18/15 – Green Card received
