[問題] AOS 轉 CP

板上大家好，目前我的狀態為等待 i130 approval 中(CR1)，原本在i130是選擇了AOS，經板主提點，我改為CP是不需要做任何動作，等待即可。然而這跟我在網路上搜尋的資訊不太相同(AOS轉為CP需用i824)，讓我有些擔心，不過我發現有人反應USCIS不讓受益人AOS，因不合乎資格，節錄如下： “我给老婆申请了I130，并且刚刚收到了回执，说是批准了但是段落里面却写着,说是不eligible to file an AOS. The evidence indicates that he or she is not eligi ble to file an adjustment of status application. This determination is based o n the information submitted with the petition and any relating files. ........
