Classify spouses and children of LPRs as immediate relatives AND exempt derivative beneficiaries of employment-based petitions from annual green card limits (doubling the number of available visas; 3. Protect “aging out” children in ALL categories by freezing ages based upon the date of filing; 4. Lift per-country cap limits on Employment-Based AND Family-Based categories; and 5. 剛跟版主 cchris 以及sarah110 小聊一下。總結一下： 1. 這其實是一個較好的 bill. 對各國移民之間有較好的平衡。 2. 這 bill 其實以前出現過. 2013 年時 Leon 遊說的版本即是. BELIEVE Act 2.0 3. 大概率會增加 GC <- 等著被拍死. 4. 印度人可能不喜歡。理由同 3。 5. 但他們很難反對。理由同 2。 6. 法案過關的話皆大歡喜。理由同 1。 7. 法案被拍死的話 -> 反對方贏。 8. Durbin 表示: 這個你們自己提過的法案被拍死跟我無關喔。詳細文字還沒看到。但覺得 Durbin 想借川之手拍死 S386.
