[問題] 485 pending中F1身分失效
想請教大家一個問題
485已經pending一年多
當初申請是用F1身分申請的
因為碩班提早畢業現在已經沒有F1身分了
今天收到USCIS的補件通知 說要就學的證明
但485 pending不是就可以合法居留了嗎？
為什麼還需要我提出證明？
若我提出的證明顯示已經畢業會有什麼影響嗎？
