[HELP] Emergency~~~About the KR PASS
I found the under notice in the KR PASS site.

<Permitted User>
Non-resident (those who have residency in other countries,
a permanent resident, or citizenship)
I'm living in Korea now. And I got student D4 visa until next year.
But I'm still a foreigner here.
Does anybody know can I buy the KR PASS with ISIC or not?
(ISIC = International Student Identification Card)
And if I use KR PASS, can I reserve seats in advanced through Internet?
Or just can reserve seats in the departing station only?
