我朋友因為工作關係，必須搬離開現在住的地方，所以我幫忙他找承租的人目前跟他住的室友是ABC，所以中英文都可以溝通，是個很好相處的人。以下是他的租屋公告 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ reat room available for sublet available for 1000$/month! Has a private bathroom attached to the room. Apartment has living room and kitchen which would be shared with another guy who lives in the other room. Living room has balcony. Tandem parking provided (for two cars), in a gated garage. Safe area, and within walking distance to Vons and blue bus line #1. Many restaurants also conveniently located nearby on Santa Monica Blvd. Available immediately! (Or starting April 1st.) Room is carpeted, living room is hardwood (nice and comfortable room, but clean living room for guests.) Good for UCLA Students, or anyone preferring the Santa Monica/West LA area.
