Wennie ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello everyone, I’m subleasing my 2 bedrooms in a 2 bedrooms/1 livingroom apartment (from 5/10-8/10, short-term is negotiable). Monthly rent is $600, a spacious parking space included. Only 5-minute walking distance to USC campus, and there are several restaurants and coin laundry nearby. The spacious 2 bedrooms are on the east side of the apt, in tandem, which means they are connected to each other. You can use one of them as a studying room and the other one as the bedroom. Each of the bedrooms has its walk-in closet. The kitchen and the bathrooms are in between of the bedrooms and the living room. Right now a female USC alumna is living in the living room, and we’re looking for a female to take the bedrooms.
