[租屋] lease near santa monica

Hi,
My roommate and I are graduating and moving away so we need to find someone
to take over our lease. The apartment is on Santa Monica and 23rd St.
Currently rent is $2100. Ideally we prefer someone to take over the lease
in late June or early July. Please feel free to contact me if you want to
come check out the apartment. It's good location (surrounded by all the lit
club bars...) and pretty spacious. The landlord also owns the restaurant in
front of the apartment so he's very accessible, and he's a really nice person
too.
