Lease is renewable. It is a pretty nice apartment located near Hollywood/Western. Because it is a corner apartment, it's got a lot of sunlight during day time coming from three large windows. There is also a very nice and quiet patio outside the apartment. The apartment can actually accommodate two people, with a decent size of living room and bedroom. Located near Thai town, where there are great Thai restaurants on Hollywood, in addition to the convenient and vibrant Los Feliz/Silver Lake neighborhood. Close proximity to the Metro Red Line station. Walking distance to bus stops that take you to the Glendale Galleria, the Grove, USC, UCLA, and Hollywood. Walking distance to the Observatory/Griffith Park. Nice neighborhood. Rent is 1035/mo. Gas and water included. The only utility tenants are responsible for is electricity. On-site laundry. Very friendly manager on-site. Street-parking. Unfurnished Kitchen has oven, stove and fridge.
