N Sierra Bonita Ave上)
There has been a recent increase in thefts of recyclables on our
street. The individual responsible is a black male 5'6'' tall,
dark skin, early twenties, and has been seen trespassing, and sleeping
in laundry rooms, and hoping walls with bags of plastic bottles and cans
The police were notified numerous times, and haven't caught the individual
yet. If you catch a man matching this description on your property, please
notify the Pasadena police dept, at 626-744-4501, and PRESS 1 for operator.
