以下是他今天回覆 我短短的兩句話 他也很明顯的知到我要抱怨什麼
First off shoes are not used. (我已經拍照了 鞋底前後跟都磨掉了)
They were worn once like stated in my auction. (沒描述)
I wear a size 9 and 9.5 doesnt fit me.
They cost me over $150 and thats not a lie at all.
You got these sneakers at a price of 41 plus shipping.
I am not sure what your complaint is. (重點是這雙鞋10元我也不想要)
If you win this dispute you will be credited the money back
but will have to pay $10 to ship the item back to me.
It doesnt make sense.
You should keep the sneakers and if you I can give a partial discount.
Sorry your not happy. Here is what i wrote
to ebay below too:
In my description I explained that the sneakers had
minor dirt on the bottom and a mark on the shoe lace. (這沒說吧)
My description perfectly detailed the shoes condition
which is mint and that it had dirt on the sole and a mark on the laces.
Below is a copy and paste of the description for this item.
(根本跟事實不同 沒描述)
Also the gold shoe laces are not included and the sneakers
(沒金鞋帶 有說 我可以接受)
have very very minor dirt on the bottom of the sneaker from (沒說 鞋底超髒)
wearing them to see if they fit. Its on the bottom of the sneaker.
The shoe laces have one mark on it.
This shoes are 100 percent authentic and was sent
exactly how it was described.
I paid over $150 for them and this customer bought
them at a bargain price. I dont understand his complaints at all.
他有回我第二次 簡短版 但跟這次大同小異
我就跟他說 我已經拍照了 那不可能只穿一次 起碼上百次
鞋內髒 白變黃 他並沒有描述 重點是 他說是新的
他就回我 What do you suggest we do?
過不久又回我一封
I can give you 10 bucks back plus save you
10 bucks in having to ship it back.
So that's saving you 20 bucks and
you will get 150 dollar sneakers for 30 bucks now
重點這雙狀況真的很差 我不能接受 不是價錢問題
但他終於肯承認與放下身段
我只想全部退回包含運費 請問我這狀況應該繼續上報ebay嗎?

我比較好奇的是, 難道我都不要給任何證明或是相片?
ebay完全沒要求我提供, 就幫助我退貨, 還幫我付費
難道這是對買家的保障? 好是優良買家的保障??
我應該會寄照片還有我們的對話記錄給ebay省查,
因為這情況真的太誇張
二手穿到爛說全新 然後改口說穿一次 最後說要退我20 此鞋只算我30
希望此賣家能得到點教訓
