Dearest Potential Housemate!
The posting is advertising 4 rooms in a house where an old friendly and
liberal Chinese couple currently reside, and the house is just too big for
the both of us. The house is located high up in the hills, where it's nice
and cool year long. We would prefer students or young professionals that
enjoys a serene and quit neighborhood (Spyglass Hills). Mandarin or
Taiwanese speaking would be a plus, but we welcome anybody interested to stop
by and check out the place!
(2) 15' x 12' of the rooms have the dimensions with beautiful view of San
Gabriel Valley
$600/month
$1,000/month w/ 10 meals provided per week
(1) 15'x12' room without views)
$550/month
$950/month w/ 10 meals provided per week
(1) 30'x25' room with balcony and view
$800/month.
$1,200/month w/ 10 meals provided per week
Amenities:
-Washer/Dryer
-All utilities included
-Separate refrigerator for tenants
-Plenty of parking
-Wireless internet included
-Located 5 minutes off the 605 and 60 freeways
-Large backyard
-Smoking allowed outside only
-Shared bathroom (2 sinks, and a shower/tube with great water pressure.
Never problem with lack of hot water!
-Close to Monterey Park, Rowland Heights, Azusa, Hacienda Heights,
Montebello, City of Industry
-Perfect for students at Rio Hondo College, Whittier College, Everest College
City of Industry, Cal State LA
Don'ts:
-No air conditioning, not really needed since it's almost at the apex of the
hill and the temperature is always cool
-Limited kitchen use, but this is negotiable...we had bad experience with
tenant not cleaning up after themselves.
-No Pets...sorry!
