城市/區域:UCLA/Westwood 租屋時間:從一月開始/2014 哈囉，幫我一個美國朋友代徵室友她是一個很善良熱心又對國際學生很好的美國白人女生 (我認識她已經兩年了) 從UCLA畢業，目前想在UCLA附近找人合租公寓。目前她已經找到2個西班牙跟義大利的樓友 (我也認識那位義大利女生，目前在UCLA念歷史博士班) 她想找的是 "跟她一起合住一個房間的室友" (也就是要share one room) 所以我想特別適合短期要來UCLA的交換學生、想省錢的女生 (一個月房租大概500吧) 有興趣的人以下是她給的資訊 Looking for a respectful female student or young worker to live in double with a respectful female in a 3-bedroom apartment. In the other two rooms there is an Italian female PHD student and a Spanish male PHD student at UCLA. The person we are looking for is clean, likes to socialize, RESPECTFUL and doesn't mind if there are occasional dinners or people come over. NO DRAMA allowed. The apartment is near UCLA (no more than 25 minutes by public transit, 10 by car and 15 by bike) There are 3 big bedrooms, a dining room, living room, and 2 bathrooms. Laundry on site, assigned parking, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Street parking also available for guests.
