[問題] 出差在Amazon買東西後退換貨
聯繫他們的customer service後一直進入cycle..
因為每次online chat都會換一個assistant,
所以他們又會重他們SOP的第一步開始幫忙你..
一開始我發現買來的Notebook外觀有點瑕疵想退換貨,就開始一連串的..
1. 發出 return and refund
2. 等兩天賣家未回覆
3. File a claim
4. 等兩天還是沒回應
5. 問Amazon
6. Amazon 代我mail 賣家
7. 等兩天賣家未回覆
8. 問Amazon,說已經找xxx team協助解決,很快會有進一步回覆
9. 收到mail如下

tracking information for USPS VJ65253xxxxUS indicates that this shipment was
delivered to your hotel address.
Please note that we are not able to assist with a Marketplace order that is
shipped to a hotel and then passed onto another location as we can only
guarantee the order to the shipping address provided. As a result your claim
has been closed.

現在已經不抱希望退換貨了,只是剛又發現他們給我的charger跟notebook不match...
請問這是只能買一個新的嗎? 還是LA這邊有得買轉接頭? 我住Irvine這邊的旅館。
