因下學期要去ArtCenter交換，想問各位在Pasadena附近是否有空房出租
・預算$800以內（希望含utilities）
・日期從2020.1.9-5.31（約五個月）
若只能短租一、兩週亦可，我可以之後再找別的地方租

- Budget max $800
Utilities included would be preferred
- In unit laundry preferred (at least on site)
- Move in January 9th, till the end of May
- Female roommates only, prefer no pets
