One private bedroom costs $1,150 per month, need to share the bathroom with
the tenant who lives in the living room downstairs. The room will be
available before Aug. 15th.
One master bedroom comes with its own bathroom and costs $1,250 per month,
it's the 3rd picture in the post.
It's a super convenient location that has Ralph's and Staples just across the
street, Starbucks and McDonald's just next door and 405 and several bus
stops are also nearby. The room will be available before Aug. 30th.
The rent does not include any utilities and there are two gated garage spots
but will be shared with 3 cars if the future roommates both have a car, but
negotiable. It's super easy to find a parking spot around the building and
there's a street with no street clean.
There's a recently graduated UCLA alumnus living downstairs in the living
room, very easygoing and taking care of the bills every month.
The rent of each room is listed above, one month deposit when moving in. No
contract needed but month-to-month must pay rent on the last week of every
month. Must give a 30-day notice and find the next subletter before moving
out.
The move-in date and the parking situation are negotiable. Open to couples.
Pet is allowed but needs to inform the property manager and pay extra rent.
