She will discuss the importance of Ch’i and its direct impact on our daily life. According to the teachings of Black Sect Tantric Buddhism, personal Ch’i, also known as the ‘real self’, is the vital force in the human body. The state of our Ch’i influences our luck, career, emotional well-being, physical and mental health, relationship and finance. An understanding of Black Sect Tantric Buddhist Ch’i theory and its Ch’i uplifting methods will enable us to enhance both our physical and mental well-being, transforming stress and anxiety into positive energy, leading to greater happiness. WORKSHOP “UPLIFTING CH’I: HOW TO TRANSFORM NEGATIVE EMOTIONS INTO POSITIVE ENERGY IN YOUR DAILY LIFE” Date: Saturday 12 July 2014 Time: 1- 6 pm Venue: Torrington Room, Senate House, University of London, Malet Street, London WC1E 7HU Fee: 165 In this intensive one day workshop, H.H. Khadro Crystal Chu Rinpoche will transmit sacred Black Sect Tantric Buddhist Ch’i upliftment and cultivation methods that enable us to transform negative emotions to positive energy. She will discuss Black Sect Tantric Buddhist Ch’i theory and how we can minimize stress and anxiety in our everyday life, learn how to handle adverse situations with mental clarity, and achieve calmness and tranquility of mind. During the workshop, she will lead us through meditation. You will leave the workshop with an understanding of Black Sect Tantric Buddhism’s unique Ch’i theory, techniques of meditation and apply all of these invaluable methods and solutions to your daily life. Khadro Crystal Chu Rinpoche is the lineage holder and Spiritual Leader of Black Sect Tantric Buddhism in its Fifth Stage, the designated successor to His Holiness the late Grandmaster Lin Yun. A spiritual teacher and a leading authority on Feng Shui, she has lectured extensively at international Fengshui conferences and various institutions including the United Nations, the Dana Farber Cancer Institute of Harvard Medical School, Stanford University and New York University. Khadro Crystal was enthroned and consecrated in honour by H.H. Lungtok Tenpai Nyima, Supreme Leader of Tibetan Bon tradition in 1998, with the title of Khadro Rinpoche which signifies the highest female position in Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Since 1999, she is adjunct Professor in the College of Arts and Letters, at San Diego State University. About Black Sect Tantric Buddhism His Holiness Grandmaster Professor Lin Yun was the founder and supreme leader of contemporary Black Sect Tantric Buddhism at its Fourth Stage. His Holiness was not only revered as a religious leader, a scholar, but also the world’s most prominent authority on Feng Shui. He named his Feng Shui theories Black Sect Tantric Buddhism Feng Shui. Highly regarded as the founding father of Feng Shui in the West, he developed and transmitted the teachings of Black Sect Tantric Buddhism Feng Shui to the West since the early 1970s. It is due to H.H. Grandmaster Lin Yun’s efforts, that the ancient wisdom of Feng Shui became known and popular to the Western world. His Holiness Grandmaster Lin Yun was also well-known for his unique, valuable and comprehensive teachings. Black Sect Tantric Buddhist teachings not only help people resolve the difficulties and challenges in their daily lives, but also enhance their well-being, elevate their spiritual level, and transform their lives. Due to the clarity, comprehensibility and efficacy of His Holiness Grandmaster Lin Yun’s teachings, these are now being widely practiced both in the East and the West. The recent surge of interest in Black Sect Tantric Buddhism Feng Shui in the West can be undoubtedly attributed to the influence of His Holiness Grandmaster Lin Yun. Black Sect Tantric Buddhist teachings incorporate ancient Eastern wisdom with mundane requirements of the modern world to create practical applications and solutions to daily challenges and concerns. The teachings represent a comprehensive integration of Buddhist teachings, Yin-Yang philosophy, I-Ching, Feng Shui, theory of Ch’i, holistic healing, Chinese folklore, transcendental cures, meditation, spiritual cultivation and development and Chinese poetry. The ultimate goal of BSTB practice is for the student to achieve deeper self-fulfillment and growth, with increased energy and well-being, while manifesting meaningful and compassionate actions. In the Black Sect Tantric Buddhist tradition, the only legitimate path for instruction is the sacred discipline of oral transmission from teacher to pupil.
