I have a one bedroom apartment available from now to July 25 (move-out date is not negotiable) for sublet in Highland Park. This upper level unit is very big, quiet, airy and fully furnished. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area. There are one full-size bed, one four-drawer chest, one sofa bed, one central table, one study desk, one dining table, and two bookcases, and many chairs, all in very new and good condition. In the kitchen, there are one refrigerator and one microwave oven. It’s ready for you to move in anytime. The rent is $35 per day (including water and heat), plus the cost of gas and electricity. Hardwood floor, ceiling fans, convenient off-street parking. On-site laundry room. No TV or Internet service. Walking distance to Stop & Shop, Rite Aid, and restaurants/shops/post office/banks on Raritan Avenue, 10 minute drive to New Brunswick train station, Rutgers bus stop.
