[情報] 小心這家菲律賓(長灘島)的旅行社

即將到菲律賓的旅行旺季... 想在此提醒想自助的背包們!!! 請小心這些旅行社!!! TRAVELonline co. TravelDotCom co. 也請曾被菲律賓公司詐騙的背包們 分享自身經驗 po在這裡也是希望版主 可以重視.. 建立 菲律賓不良業者的名單 讓自助者們自保.. 必竟 跨國官司 不若 某國內電子大廠key錯售錢不認帳 這麼好處理... 如果不好好建立起這些資訊!! 恐怕受害者會越來越多... 先表名... 這不是想唱雖大家...或是掃性... 但這種事 不小心防犯 往往會 比事前耗費更多心力/錢...才能解決... 以下是超長文...慎入... --------------受騙事件 簡單描述--------------(後有簡單的證據) 我是訂Nami的delux room...3晚... 事發後 我用自已殘破不堪的英文 每天費時2~3小時寫了近50封信向Travel online據理力爭 一個月下來無效後 我就直接殺去 菲律賓駐台經貿辦事處台中部 (有自已去辦過菲簽就知道該處) 那時候常去...由於敝人只是低薪階級的平民百姓 對大家看來 似乎不怎麼多的2萬多元 遲遲無法釋懷 所以該處處長也多次受敝人請託 到處寫信求救 甚至於 聽處長的說法是他回台北總部開會也提出了我的事情 所以台北總部才會寫信回『菲律賓觀光局』... 最後的回覆 總是令人失望... 其實在找台北總部的後期... 我們也同時寫信給中華民國政府...台中市政府... 最後 是台中市政府 幫我們把這件事轉發給 台灣外交部 台灣外交部 再把我們的資料傳給台灣駐菲辦事處 最後 終於在一年後 三摧四請下...拿回1/3的錢... 但是還有2/3躺在這家公司... 到這裡 讓我們來整理一下 總共有哪些單位被找過 菲律賓部份 1.Travelonline公司(Agent:Penny1名, Manager1名,共2名) 2.菲律賓駐台經貿辦事處 台中分部 3.菲律賓駐台經貿辦事處 台北總部 4.菲律賓觀光局 5.Makati City Goverment 台灣部份 1.台灣政府(馬小久信箱 至今未回覆) 2.台中市政府 3.台灣觀光局 4.台灣駐菲律賓辦事處 找了這麼多單位 才要回1/3!! 鄉親啊!!! 付錢容易 還錢難!! 最近 我又和Travelonline這家公司搭上線 現在 這家公司的Director回說 本公司從來沒聽說過你這件事 (鬼打牆了!!!你們的Manager回過我信... 再者就算敝人英文太差 連mail address也會看錯 你們的同鄉-菲律賓駐台辦事處處長寫的信 總看過吧??) Director說 當初騙我錢的這個Penny早就被他們fire了 現在另起爐灶 叫TravelDotCom這家公司 所以 這也就是為什麼 敝人希望大家小心注意.. 一旦與這些公司結緣... 只有2種結果 一是認賠 二就是和我一樣 每天除了工作 耗費一年的時間和心力 才拿回1/3的refound... -------簡單版的證據--------------- From fenysun To Penny <penny@travelonline.ph> Date Wed, Sep 24, 2008 at 1:07 PM Subject Re: FW: Confirmation Letter Dear Penny, I inquired the Nami's room rate from my friend works in Philippine government. He told me that the room rate costs about USD100 only. That's why I wrote u the mail. Furthermore, the time was too short for us to make an entire consideration. I don't know where did they get that price. With regards to the option date to pay for the booking, it is the resort who gives that and not us as all reservations are based on first come- first serve basis.. We are just following resorts policy. Please see below cancellation policy. CANCELLATION POLICY : Notification of cancellation will have corresponding cancellation fees. From today (Sep, 26,2008) to my housing date (Nov, 13, 2008) , it still left 『47 days』; therefore, as the 『Cancellation Policy』you had mentioned at Sep, 24, 2008 『Prior 45 days, pay Php 500.00/ Room』, I will pay Php500 for the whole cancellation fees. ( I did order one room for three night.) Please let me know 1. How much money could I get back. 2. When could I get whole money back. Please answer me as soon as possible. That's our policy prior 45 days. For Nami, they will already charge you one night and that's their policy. Our cancellation charge is different from the resort's cancellation charge. Besides, in my earlier e-mail at Sep, 24 , 2008 I had asked you that "Finally, could you tell me how much does the cancellation charge cost, and the details..." Then, you reply the e-mail (Sep, 24, 2008) as following... "We are just following resorts policy. Please see below cancellation policy. My apology as I only mentioned ours and this is an honest mistake. We already paid Nami on your room reservation and we will not be able to get the whole amount from them as what you are expecting because they will really deduct the 1 night charge once you cancelled your booking. This is their policy and i cannot do anything as this is already beyond our control. Hope you understand. Why don't you just pursue your booking anyway everything is already in place.
