[問題] 房客
請問大家
我房客說我製造太多聲音,擾亂他的安靜
所以他搬走,然後跟我要這月剩下的房租和押金外加兩天旅館費
這會部會太誇張
他有打電話給我,但是都沒留言,我根本不知道發生什麼事情,
然後我有打電話給他,他關機, 後來我回家跟他連絡到,他也一點
都沒提起,結果他隔天就搬走,然後寫了一封信說終止合約
