[問題] 請問考駕照筆試需要出具"沒有SSN"證明嗎?

在網路上爬文很久
有看到有人先去辦SSN Ineligibility Letter才去考駕照筆試
但是今天我去social security office他們說他們早就不發這種證明很久了
真是搞得一頭霧水
DMV的網站好像意思是沒有工作權了話可以exempt
不知道各位考筆試有沒有先申請"免SSN證明"?
另外 我的OPT是7/7開始使用 假設到時我還沒拿到offer 但是因為已經有工作權
是不是就能申請SSN了??
