[問題] 設立公司 (LLC) 一定要找會計師或律師?
小妹是個代購 最近想要成立公司 目前初步應該是設立LLC
去問了個會計師 但是不知道是我不夠瞭解還是真的滿貴
在這邊想請問各位大大 在加州設立公司的問題
1. 我查了下 覺得看起來form LLC似乎比我想像中簡單 但是又有規定要有registered agent
所以是否自己不能自己辦理設立公司?? (也許我錯了 其實很繁瑣)
2. 找了個會計師給我以下報價 請問是否合理?? 因為政府費用真的不高啊
人工費用真的太可怕了
他原本要$1000 但因為我是一人公司 也不會有雇員 他說$800 含以下
Include:
1. Incorporation in CA ( C-Corp)/ ( S- Corp) OR LLC Formation – CA (
Government filing and process fee are included) 包括缴纳给政府的申请费用
2. FEIN ( TAX ID )
3. EFTPS NUMBER
4. Business Kit (All necessary documents are included)
5. Statement of information (Government filing and process fee are
included). This is ONE-TIME SERVICE ONLY. Start from the second year, It is
your liability to file annual information to Secretary of state. 包括第一年缴
纳给政府的费用（一次性服务），您的公司从第二年开始需自行申报Statement of
information以及缴纳相关费用
6. EDD Account Application ( When your business has independent
contractors/Employees)
希望有經驗的大大 或是能幫忙 有更便宜方式去申請的 可以幫幫忙
